Chairman of Willis Re Australia, and Cameron Green to the Post of Chief

announced important changes to the leadership team at Willis Re Australia
Limited, effective April 1, 2013.
Michael Harden, the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will move to become
Chairman. During his six year tenure as CEO, Willis Re Australia has enjoyed
impressive growth and services a wide variety of clients across Australia, New
Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

continuity that it will offer during this time of transition.
