SAN FRANCISCO -- March 21, 2013

Trulia, Inc. (NYSE: TRLA), a leading online marketplace for homebuyers,
sellers, renters and real estate professionals, today announced that the
underwriters of its previously announced follow-on offering have exercised in
full their option to purchase an aggregate of 931,606 additional shares of
Trulia’s common stock, 525,000 of which will be purchased from Trulia and
406,606 of which will be purchased from certain selling stockholders, at the
public offering price of $29.75, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
The closing of the option exercise is expected to occur on March 26, 2013,
subject to customary closing conditions.
