intense at-home fitness program on the market, will soon become a mainstay in
North American gyms. Beachbody, the Santa Monica, Calif.-based developers of
INSANITY and a variety of other successful at-home fitness programs and
nutritional supplements, announced today the launch of INSANITY Certification
for personal trainers and group exercise instructors.

Designed to provide expert guidance on how to teach INSANITY, the
certification process explains the moves, science of MAX Interval Training,
appropriate cues, vocal training with the microphone and other essential tips
to successfully motivate and lead classes. After completing INSANITY
Certification, instructors will be armed with the necessary tools—from posters
to business cards—to max out class enrollment and leverage the brand strength
of INSANITY to build a successful business and help clientele achieve maximum
fitness results.

certified personal trainers and instructors another way to help clients

train clients in a group exercise setting. INSANITY Certification workshops
are $249 and are led by INSANITY Master Trainers, a distinct group of trainers
who were hand-picked during an extensive, nationwide search.

2013 EMPOWER! Fusion Weekend Fitness Celebration in Chicago, Ill., and reached
