"Company") (NYSE: JNY) today announced that it has appointed Greg Clark to the
position of Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Clark will
report to Stefani Greenfield, Chief Creative Officer, and will oversee global
marketing and brand identity for the Company's portfolio of fashion brands.

executive creative and marketing positions at various retailers including Toys
'R'Us, Marshall Fields, and Lane Bryant.
