Edgewater Fullscope Acquires Trade Promotion Management Software IP to Extend
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Offering to Manufacturers

ATHENS, Ala., March 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Edgewater Fullscope, Inc., a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Edgewater Technology, Inc. (Edgewater)
(Nasdaq:EDGW) and Microsoft Gold Certified enterprise resource planning (ERP)
and customer relationship management (CRM) partner in North America, has
entered into an agreement with a Microsoft Dynamics software development
company to acquire the intellectual property related to its trade promotion
management (TPM) software.

TPM software facilitates the management of sales and promotions that occur
between manufacturers (or wholesale distributors) and retailers to enhance
sales of specific products or product groups.

The TPM software acquired by Edgewater Fullscope is an early-stage trade
management solution that will enable the company to offer on-premise or
cloud-based TPM solutions to consumer packaged goods companies (CPG) and
manufacturers. The software can be deployed as a standalone solution for
Microsoft Dynamics CRM or as part of an integrated solution with Dynamics CRM
and Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP.
