Carol Caldwell has worked in professional and business development throughout
her entire career. Using a variety ofprovenmethodologies, Caldwellhas
trained sales professionals,coached C-Level executives and managed client
relationships. In 2011,she launched HireMatter, a technology talent
recruitment firm she lead tosuccess by building a pipeline ofclients across
the UnitedStates in the technology and start up space.Prior to that, Carol
wasVice President of Search Group/Simply Biotech, where she generatednew
business and launched a new division. As a Branch Manager at Ledgent, and
Robert Half International before that, she honed her business development and
client management expertise, while also coaching executivesin best practices
in the finance and accounting industry. While Assistant Vice President at
Bankof America, Carol trained associates and coached managers and
executives.She earned her Master's in Business Administration from Hope
International University and her Bachelor's in Business Administration from
California State University Dominguez Hills.
