                  2012 DOCUMENT DE REFERENCE MADE AVAILABLE

Rexel announces having published its Document de référence for the year  ended 
December 31, 2012. It  has been filed yesterday  with the French Autorité  des 
marchés financiers (AMF), under number D.13-0130.

The Document de référence includes in particular the following information:

  * the annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2012; 

  * the report of the  Chairman of the Supervisory  Board on the operation  of 
    the Supervisory  Board and  on internal  controls for  the financial  year 
    2012; 

  * the report of the Statutory Auditors on the report of the Chairman of  the 
    Supervisory Board; and 

  * information regarding the fees paid to Statutory Auditors. 

The Document  de  référence  is  available  on  the  Internet  site  of  Rexel
