NEW YORK, March 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- A large group of institutions active
in the structured finance industry announced today the creation of the
Structured Finance Industry Group, Inc. ("SFIG"), a new, member-based, trade
industry advocacy group focused on improving and strengthening the
broaderstructured finance and securitization market. SFIG will have a strong
and committed Board of Directorswhich will represent a broad cross section of
the industry andwill commit to deliver the necessary resources to achieve the
group's goals and objectives.
