In addition, F. Philip Handy has been named Chairman of the Board. Santello joined WRScompass as President in 2009. In 2011, he was also named Chief Operating Officer, expanding his responsibilities to include all of WRScompass's operations: construction and remediation, legal, finance, sales and marketing, safety, and human resources. Recently, Santello completed a two-year repositioning of the company.
