today the appointment of Bob Kramich as Chief Business Development Officer for
the company. In this capacity, Mr. Kramich will be responsible for directing
all new business development activities for GGA globally. Mr. Kramich brings
to GGA over 25 years of successful sales and marketing experience in the
outsourced software engineering and IT services industries.

“We are very pleased that Bob has decided to join GGA and lead our business
development efforts,” said Richard Golob, GGA’s President and Chief Executive
Officer. “Bob has extensive experience creating and delivering high value
outsourcing relationships with international companies. His extensive

emerging markets, will accelerate GGA’s business growth worldwide.”

Most recently, Mr. Kramich served as President of U.S. Operations for Dextrys,
