results and ROI in the areas of revenue, productivity, and the adoption of
people management strategies for a business unit, department, company or
throughout their extended enterprise.

Excellence in Saba Performance and Talent Management: Honors a Saba customer
who has developed aflexible, accessible and relevant talent management system
that engages, develops and inspires their peopleto deliver on business

Humanitarian Award: Honors a Saba customer who has engaged in humanitarian
services (local, national, or international) in a not-for-profit, charitable
capacity using Saba solutions.

Transformative Learning Award: Honors a Saba customer who has transformed
their organization through the use of an exceptional learning program such as
global training, social and informal learning, or the integration of learning
with other human resource functions.

Innovation in Collaboration Award: Honors a Saba customer who has achieved

Newcomer: Rookie Award: Honors a Saba customer who has made remarkable
accomplishments within the first year of the project's implementation.

Exceptional Engagement Award: Honors a Saba customer who has achieved
exceptionaladoption of a Saba product by creating a stimulating and engaging
environment for learning, collaboration and communication.

2013 Partner Excellence Awards
Global Partner Excellence Award: Global Solution Providers (GSPs) and Global
Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) were evaluated based on three criteria:
development and commitment to joint solutions, new business creation and
investment in the Saba Alliance Program.
Regional Partner Excellence Award: Regional resellers and regional service
providers were evaluated based on three criteria: development and commitment
to joint solutions, new business creation and investment in the Saba Alliance
