DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company has been informed that on 11 March 2013, Mary Shafer-Malicki, a non-executive director of the Company acquired 2,000 shares, being 0.0005% of the share capital of the Company, by an off-market transaction at a purchase price of USD $13.05 per share.

Following this transaction, Ms Shafer-Malicki has a beneficial interest in 2,000 ordinary shares representing 0.0005% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company's issued capital consists of 373,175,384 ordinary shares with voting rights.
