John Hancock Ranks #1 Among Top 10 at 2013 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer
Wins 2 Gold Awards and 19 Bronzes at Event

BOSTON, March 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --John Hancock ranked first among the top
ten most decorated companies in the 2013 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer
Service, as announced at the 7^th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer
Service, held recently in Las Vegas. The ranking was determined by a point
system earned by the nominations submitted to the award committee in 2013.
Moreover, John Hancock Signature Services (JHSS) won Gold for "Best Use of
Technology in Customer Service for Back Office Support," while John Hancock
Annuities won Gold for "Collaborative Solutions for a New Product or Service
with Collaborative Service Model."
In addition, JHSS also won 11 Bronze Stevies in 8 sales and customer service
categories, while John Hancock Annuities won 8 bronzes in 8 categories.
