Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. Announces Closing of Secondary Public
SOUTHLAKE, Texas, March 13, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Del Frisco's Restaurant
Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:DFRG), the owner and operator of the Del Frisco's Double
Eagle Steak House, Sullivan's Steakhouse, and Del Frisco's Grille restaurant
concepts, today announced the closing of a registered secondary public
offering of 4,750,000 shares of common stock at a price of $17.00 per share.
All shares were sold by the Company's largest shareholder, an affiliate of
Lone Star Funds. Del Frisco's did not receive any proceeds from the sale of
these shares. The underwriters have a 30 day option to purchase up to an
additional 712,500 shares.
Deutsche Bank Securities, Piper Jaffray, and Wells Fargo Securities served as
joint book-running managers for the offering.Cowen and Company and Raymond
James served as co-managers for the offering.
