Stagecoach Group plc (the "Company") makes the following notification under
Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.

Yorkshire Building Society (the "Trustee"), as the trustee of the Company's HM
Revenue and Customs approved Stagecoach Group plc 2011 Share Incentive Plan
(the "Plan"), has today notified the Company that on 7 March 2013 it
reinvested dividends paid on shares held through the Plan to purchase
additional ordinary shares of 125/228^thp each in the capital of the Company
("Dividend Shares") on behalf of the following persons discharging managerial
responsibility.

The number of Dividend Shares purchased on 7 March 2013 through reinvestment
of dividends under the Plan is shown below.

The above purchases were made at a price of 300.7p per share. The Dividend
