Mintz Levin Continues San Francisco Office Growth with Addition of Robert
Expands National Corporate Practice to Bay Area
SAN FRANCISCO -- March 6, 2013
Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. continues to expand its
San Francisco office with the addition of Robert E. Burwell, who joins the
firm’s Corporate & Securities Section as a Member.
Mr. Burwell, who was a partner in the private equity practice of Latham &
Watkins, brings deep experience in corporate and securities matters, including
private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings,
spin-offs and general corporate and securities matters. He has served as a
regular outside corporate and securities counsel for a number of public and
private companies, including international retailer PriceSmart, Inc.

Judge John S. Rhoades of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of
