Intu Properties plc (the "Company") has been notified today that Steven Underwood, alternate director to John Whittaker, acquired 2,951 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company on 5 March 2013 at a price of £3.37 per share. Mr Underwood's total beneficial holding following this acquisition is 7,308 ordinary shares of 50p each (0.0008% of the total issued share capital of the Company).
