LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- March 6, 2013

CoventryCares of Kentucky, the Medicaid health plan affiliate of Coventry
Health Care, Inc., announced today that it has renewed its contract with
KentuckyOne Health Network, the Commonwealth’s largest health care system.

Under the new agreement, effective March 1, 2013, CoventryCares of Kentucky
members may receive covered services at in-network benefit levels from nearly
200 KentuckyOne locations. These locations include hospitals, physician
groups, clinics, primary care centers, specialty institutions, and home health
agencies in rural and urban regions across the Commonwealth. The agreement
brings close to 2,500 physicians to the CoventryCares Medicaid network.
