The Casino group releases its 2012 consolidated financial statements. They are
available on the Group's website :

The English  version  of  these  consolidated  financial  statements  will  be 
available next  week. This  release does  not constitute  an Annual  Financial 
Report. The  Casino, Guichard-Perrachon  2012  Registration Document  will  be 
released to the AMF at the end of March.
