The "Creating Audience Obsession – Turning Top Customers Into Your Biggest
Advocates" panel will be presented today from 2:15 – 3:00pm as part of the
retail differentiation conference track. Other participants on the panel
include Ryan Brocklinton of Clinique International, Patrick Duncan of Helzberg

The panel will examine how retailers across industries are relying more on
social media to attract and retain top-tier customers.
