The Annual General Meeting will be asked to approve the payment of a  dividend 
of €1.60 per share, to be paid on 6 May 2013.

The Notice of  Meeting published in  the Balo (Bulletin  des Annonces  Légales 
Obligatoires) on 4 March  2013 contains the agenda,  the draft resolutions  of 
the Board of Directors  and the arrangements for  participating and voting  in 
the Annual General Meeting. This Notice is available on the company's website:

The statement of the  reasons for the  resolutions set forth  in the Board  of 
Directors' report is also  available in the same  section of the website.  The 
other information and documents to be presented at the Annual General  Meeting
