NetCracker has been a strategic partner with Swisscom on a number of complex transformation projects over the years, most recently designing and deploying their Fiber and Copper IP Service Fulfillment and Assurance solution. Under the terms of the current contract, NetCracker will provide comprehensive support for this system, which delivers next-generation, converged, IP-based services. Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd is Switzerland’s largest telecom operator and service provider. Swisscom offers customers throughout the country a full range of products and services including Internet, TV, mobile, landline, and IP-based voice and data communication.
