MILWAUKEE, March 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --For the fifth consecutive year,
ManpowerGroup has been recognized by the Women's Business Enterprise National
Council (WBENC) as one of America's Top Corporations for Women's Business
Enterprises (WBEs). This is the only national award honoring corporations for
world class programs that level the playing field for WBEs to compete for
corporate business. ManpowerGroup is one of just 32 corporations receiving the
award, and one of only three to receive the award five times. ManpowerGroup
will accept the award during a ceremony at the WBENC Summit & Salute to

"Women business leaders have a profound impact on U.S. businesses and are
essential to helping move the economy forward," said Jorge Perez, senior vice
president, Manpower North America. "ManpowerGroup takes an active role in
cultivating the leadership skills of women and diverse business owners to
enhance equal access to opportunities and success, and we're honored to join
the ranks of the WBENC honorees again this year."

ManpowerGroup's robust supplier diversity initiatives set the industry
standard for engagement with women, minorities, veterans, disadvantaged, and
small business owners. Particularly important to the program is the annual
supplier diversity roundtable, which marked its 10^th anniversary in 2012. The
roundtable is considered an unsurpassed development opportunity for diverse
suppliers in the staffing industry. Programs like the roundtable foster
collaboration, ensuring that ManpowerGroup and the companies it partners with
are leveraging the most innovative strategies to help clients win.

"One of the tenets of ManpowerGroup's TAPFIN managed service provider (MSP)
offering is to help promote diversity from a supplier perspective," said Kip
Wright, senior vice president, ManpowerGroup Solutions and member of the
ManpowerGroup supplier diversity executive steering committee. "Diversity not
only helps improve the quality of the services we provide, but it more
accurately reflects the mix of resources in the market. WBENC has long stood
for those same principles, and we are extremely pleased to receive this
recognition."
