Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (TSX: CSE; CSE.DB.A; CSE.PR.A – the
“Corporation”) today announced the resignation of Derek Brown from his
position as a Director of the Corporation.

Mr. Brown joined the Board of Directors in 2004 as Chairman of the Board, a
role he held until 2011.
