FuelQuest Adds New Members to Its Board of Directors 
Energy and Software Industry Veterans Join Leading Global Software
Company's Board 
HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 02/28/13 --  FuelQuest Inc., the
leading on-demand software and services company for the global
downstream energy industry, announced today the addition of two new
members to its Board of Directors. Jim Offerdahl, current CFO at
Bazaarvoice, and Paul Stone, former VP of global strategy & portfolio
for retail at Shell, join Neil E. Kelley, Kevin M. Kelley, and Matt
Tormollen to guide the company through continued domestic and
international expansion. These board members bring decades of
experience in downstream oil and gas, international markets, and
enterprise software and services.  
Jim Offerdahl brings deep enterprise software, management, and board
experience to FuelQuest from his career of more than 30 years. Jim is
currently the CFO at publically traded Bazaarvoice, a social commerce
software as a service company. Most recently, Jim was CFO at Convio,
a leading provider of constituent engagement software and services,
where he led the company's successful public offering and eventual
acquisition by Blackbaud. Prior to Convio, Jim was CEO of Traq
Wireless, a communications lifecycle management solutions company,
which was acquired by Tangoe Corporation. Jim has held CFO positions
with Pervasive Software and Tivoli Systems taking both companies
public. Jim currently serves on several boards including CBG Holdings
and offers C-suite advisory services to clients. 
Paul Stone has over 32 years of leadership experience working for
Shell within different oil products business areas, including retail,
commercial, lubricants, and supply and distribution. During his
tenure, he had direct P&L responsibility in Brazil, India, Indonesia,
Russia, Ukraine, and Vietnam, as well as Turkey where he was Chairman
of Shell Turcas Petrol AS. He held numerous vice president positions
within the company including his last one as VP of global strategy &
portfolio for retail. He has also lived and worked for Shell in
Brazil, Mexico, Portugal, United Kingdom, and the United States. Paul
is currently the managing director of Stone & Associates, a firm of
advisors in oil and gas and private equity, located in the United
Kingdom.
