First Tennessee Receives Top Grades From Customers for Treasury Management

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Feb. 26, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Tennessee Bank
received top grades in the 2013 Phoenix-Hecht Treasury Management Quality
Index^TM in the middle market banking segment. The top grades were awarded by
senior financial executives responsible for managing their companies' bank
relationships for treasury management services in categories including
customer service, product features and overall relationship manager

The Phoenix-Hecht Treasury Management Quality Index^TM evaluates banks in
three major areas of quality including products, perceptions about bank and
treasury management relationship manager and assigns an average grade based on
responses to the annual survey of treasury management services. The survey
respondents are senior financial executives responsible for managing the bank
relationships for treasury management services. The survey targets public and
private U.S. corporations in two segments -- middle market, with $20 - $500
million in annual sales, and large corporate, with more than $500 million in
annual sales.
