Persistent Systems Unveils High Performance RDBMS and Data Warehouse Connectors for New Intel(R) Distribution for Apache Hadoop* Software

Launches Center of Excellence to Support Intel(R) Distribution

SANTA CLARA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/26/13 -- O'Reilly Strata Conference 2013 Persistent Systems (BOMBAY: PERSISTENT) (NSE: PERSISTENT), the global leader in software product and technology services, today announced the availability of its high performance RDBMS and Data Warehouse connectors for the new Intel(R) Distribution for Apache Hadoop* Software (Intel(R) Distribution). Persistent Systems also announced it has opened a Center of Excellence (CoE) to support the implementation and adoption of the Intel(R) Distribution.

Persistent Systems' connectors now make it easier for users to transfer information between their traditional relational databases and data warehouses and the Intel(R) Distribution.
