Kofax Mobile Capture^TM Auto Claims App. It is the most comprehensive First
Notice of Loss (FNOL) smart process application for auto accident claims that
enables policyholders to use cameras in mobile devices to capture documents
and images at the scene of an accident, and instantly initiate a claim with
their insurer.

The mobile app leverages Kofax’s market leading smart capture software to
provide the highest level of accuracy for data and its context in an automated

directly to the customer via their mobile device, enabling them to submit
relevant documents and photos in support of the claim while ensuring that

or request additional documentation related to the claim.

all the critical fields, including data contained in the two-dimensional
