CSG Systems International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS), a global provider of software
and services-based Business Support Solutions (BSS) that help clients generate
revenue and maximize customer relationships, announces the availability of its
Wholesale Billing Management Solution (WBMS) as a cloud-based offering.

WBMS is a pivotal component of CSG’s BSS suite, supporting wholesale partner
trading, routing, billing, settlement, roaming, and other contract and quality
management capabilities. CSG’s wholesale solutions are used by over 300
Communications Service Providers (CSPs) across the globe, making it the most
widely deployed wholesale billing suite.

As a key component of CSG’s newly announced managed services program, WBMS in
the cloud frees CSPs to focus on their highest-leverage activities, including
securing and serving a growing set of diverse partners, while leveraging CSG’s
heritage and expertise in operating revenue-generating billing applications to
manage the wholesale billing process.

With this new cloud offering, CSPs can rely on CSG to easily manage complex
wholesale partner relationships and revenue streams across national,
international, roaming and content partnerships at a significantly reduced
operating cost. Clients can speed time to market for new services as CSG can
quickly deliver new configurations to support new offerings, as well as keep
hardware and software updated to keep pace with changing market conditions.

“CSG’s cloud-based offering allows us to apply our deep expertise in
maximizing the wholesale revenue stream while reducing the technical
complexity and expense for our clients,” said Alam Gill, Senior Vice President
of Managed Services, CSG International. “The fast-growing dominance of
IP-based content and services creates opportunities for new revenue streams
through extended relationships to other operators and content partners. A
CSP’s BSS, including billing fundamentals, is growing in importance as it must
cost-effectively and efficiently support the wholesale management process.”

As a 30-year partner to the world’s leading CSPs, CSG has leveraged its
expertise in complex, high-volume transactions, business processes and
operations to foster its managed services program.

With CSG’s Managed Services program and WBMS in the cloud, CSG now offers more
ways for CSPs to leverage customer, partner and revenue management processes
to execute upon their strategies for next-generation service enablement,
including on-premise, off-site at CSG’s facilities, offshore, and cloud-based
options.
