(OTCQB: SOLX) announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Valdez Cueva Constructores Asosiados S.A. de C.V., the principal contractor for the Los Conejos housing project, currently under construction in Tonola, a suburb of Guadalajara.
