provider of strategic consulting services and custom software development and
design to the media industry. Theory M will become a wholly owned subsidiary

Christina Barlowe has been brought on to develop strategic partnerships and
lead Theory M as Vice President and General Manager. Having held senior roles
at Verizon Fios, Sirius Satellite Radio, HBO, and Rainbow Media Holdings,
Christina brings a breadth of experience in the areas of strategy, business
operations, and technology with her to the company. Immediately prior to
joining Theory M, Christina was Vice President of System Integration &
Operations at Cablevision, where she was responsible for developing technology
solutions to enable marketers and the sales organization to manage audiences,
personalize consumer experiences, combine consumer data and analytics, and
integrate a multi-platform ecosystem. In that capacity, she developed the
company’s system infrastructure and re-engineered business process in sales,
product management, and reporting and analytics to support Cablevision’s
advanced advertising sales process.
