Turley. Prior to Cassidy Turley, Mr. Sammons was with the New York City

and economic activity for clients. Earlier in his career, he was with Cushman
& Wakefield.

Mr. Sammons is a member of the Urban Land Institute, New York Chapter, and the
NYC Office of Management & Budget Economic Advisory Panel. Heholds an M.S.
degree in real estate from Georgia State University and a B.B.A. in real
estate from the University of Georgia.
