company of First Midwest Bank, today announced that it will be
participating in the 2013 Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Boston Bank
Conference to be held in Boston, Massachusetts February 27-28, 2013.

Officer, is scheduled to present at the conference on Wednesday,
February 27 at 1:00 P.M. (ET).
