ISS recommends shareholders of MMC Norilsk Nickel to approve early termination of powers of Board of Directors of the Company and to support the election of independent non-executive directors Garreth Penny, Enos Ned Banda and Gerhard Prinsloo. ISS analysts point out that of all the independent nominees, the aforementioned gentlemen are most capable of making impartial decisions that contribute to the benefits of all shareholders of the Company. Garreth Penny is a new nominee to the Company's Board.
