New York, NY – February 21, 2013 - A new study announced today by the
University of Vermont rated Times Square as the, "Happiest Place in New York
City." Clear Channel Outdoor, one of the world's largest outdoor advertising
companies, has a significant presence in Times Square and will be using its
Spectacolor Digital Billboard to help New Yorkers and visitors share why Times
Square makes them happy.

Clear Channel Outdoor has quickly embraced this new research and will show
live footage of the people in Times Square for 30 minutes each hour to allow
people to show their happiness on the big screen and in social media. The
camera is located on the Spectacolor billboard near the TKTS booth in the
heart of Times Square. Visitors will be encouraged to tweet their reasons for
being happy to hashtag #happynyc.
