Company Provides Wireless Broadband and IPTV Services for Troops, Officers,
Staff, Trainees, and Concessions

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 21, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Boingo Wireless (Nasdaq:WIFI),
the Wi-Fi industry's leading provider of software and services worldwide,
today announced that it has signed a merger agreement to acquire Endeka, a
provider of Wi-Fi, VoIP and IPTV services to military bases and federal law
enforcement training facilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
