Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) and the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corporation (PDEx)
today announced that PDEx has selected NASDAQ OMX's SMARTSOnline market
surveillance system to monitor market activity across the fixed income market
in the Philippines.

SMARTSOnline blends quick time-to-market and extensive support with the rich
functionality of the SMARTS Integrity platform to monitor market activity.
