ChinaNet Online Holdings' Subsidiary Signs New Customer

BEIJING, Feb. 20, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc.
(Nasdaq:CNET) (the "Company" or "ChinaNet"), a leading B2B (business to
business) Internet technology company focusing on providing online-to-offline
("O2O") sales channel expansion services for small businesses (so-called small
and medium-sized enterprises ("SMEs") in China) and entrepreneurial management
and LINK services for entrepreneurs in the People's Republic of China, today
announced that Super 8 International Limited ("Super 8"), a subsidiary of
Wyndham Worldwide, has chosen, a subsidiary of ChinaNet, to help
expand its franchise outside the U.S.

hotel operators in the world. Super 8 operates more than 2,600 hotels
worldwide, representing over 56,000 rooms in total. will help
Super 8 franchise hotels quickly expand its franchise footprint in Tier 1 and
