Judge Damon Keith Joins Hundreds for Civil Rights Movement Forum Sponsored by
DTE Energy Foundation, Detroit Public Television
U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Damon J. Keith will kick off a discussion called
"Detroit Marches On: Success and Struggles of the Civil Rights Movement" on
Monday, Feb. 25. Following Judge Keith's remarks, the audience of up to 300
community leaders and members of the public will join in the discussion. The
event, sponsored by the DTE Energy Foundation in partnership with Detroit
Public Television, will be facilitated by American Black Journal moderator
Stephen Henderson. Detroit Public Television is serving as a community
partner, and will not broadcast the event.
