Research Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTG), a leader in patent licensing, today
announced that TCS and a subsidiary of Acacia have entered into a patent
licensing alliance, whereby the Acacia subsidiary has acquired the rights to a
portion of TCS' location-based services (LBS) patent portfolio.

TCS is a world leader in high-reliability LBS. As a developer of complete
end-to-end LBS solutions, it provides branded and white-label applications,
infrastructure, mapping and content.
