Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE: WMT) today announced that the company’s 2013
Annual Shareholders meeting will be held on Fri., June 7, 2013 at 7 a.m. CDT,
in Bud Walton Arena at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Ark. The
meeting also will be webcast on the company’s website at

The company also announced that April 11, 2013 is the record date for that
meeting.
