Since 1990, DLM Communications has purchased its Panasonic products

Over the years, DLM Communications has deployed more than 2,500
Panasonic business telephone systems. Changes in technology have made
it incredibly easy to deploy and manage these solutions, and Muirheid
says it is very important for him and his customers to be able to
manage and move phones remotely. Muirheid says he also appreciates
the ability to integrate cell phones into a system so callers can
dial a single line and have it ring on multiple devices.  
While customers may not be as tech-savvy as the DLM Communications
team, it is of critical importance that the system and accompanying
devices are easy to use. Additionally, the system itself is only as
good as the training a customer receives, and Muirheid says. That's
why he sends his staff to Jenne, which delivers first-rate training
through Jenne University. The system itself is simple and fast to get
up and running, and its streamlined design makes it that much easier
for customers to get up to speed quickly on the solution. 
"Panasonic and Jenne have a lot of good common policies, good common
support, good stock and good people to work with at both companies,"
Muirheid said. "They are our number one product and number one
distributor, and from what I can see in the far future, I don't see
that changing."
