Automation Alliance, an international alliance of independent building
automation contractors, hosted its fourth Technical Summit January 30 through
February 1, 2013, providing engineers and technicians from InsideIQ member
firms the opportunity to gain technical knowledge, network and share best
practices. Leading manufacturers of building control technologies presented
seminars and sponsored the event.

The 63 attendees of the Technical Summit represented 35 InsideIQ member firms,
including not only companies from the United States and Canada, but also
international InsideIQ members HC RT Controls from The Netherlands and
Airmaster Australia based in Melbourne, Australia.

Sessions during the three day Summit provided technical information and
insight on important topics for technicians, project engineers and other BAS
professionals. Presenters were leading manufacturers of metering technology,
sensors, wireless technology, and building automation including: Onicon, Bapi,
AIC Wireless, Belimo, Schneider Electric, S4 and Smartware.
