Toyota Land Cruiser Prado Assembly Begins in Russian Far East 
Toyota City, Japan, Feb 18, 2013 - (JCN Newswire) -  Toyota Motor Corporation
(TMC) announces that OOO Sollers-Bussan (Sollers-Bussan), a Russia-based
vehicle-assembly company, has begun assembly of the Toyota-brand "Land
Cruiser Prado" SUV at its plant in Vladivostok, Russia.  Initial
production capacity is approximately 1,000 vehicles a month. 
TMC is supplying assembly components as well as maintaining a product-quality
management support structure that includes quality control training and
personnel support.  Vehicles assembled by Sollers-Bussan are to be shipped
mainly via the Trans-Siberian railway and sold through Toyota's dealer
network in Russia. 
With the start of Land Cruiser Prado assembly in Russia, TMC aims to better
meet Russian consumer needs.  Under its founding philosophy of contributing to
society through the manufacture of automobiles, TMC is committed to conducting
