                   Verizon in partnership with Break the Cycle, Casa de Esperanza, Men
WHO:               Can Stop Rape, The National Domestic Violence Hotline, National
                   Network to End Domestic Violence
                   On Thursday, Feb. 21, hundreds of leaders from domestic violence
                   prevention organizations across the country will come together to
                   explore this important public health issue that affects millions and
                   highlight positive solutions. A Day to Connect, Inspire and Heal,
WHAT:              hosted by Verizon and leading national organizations, is  intended to
                   spark a national conversation about domestic violence prevention and
                   awareness and to drive solutions to this critical issue.

                    
                   Topics include connecting with the healthcare community, exploring the
                   role of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), engaging men and boys
                   as part of the solution, discussing ways teens can prevent youth
                   dating violence and using social media and mobile technologies to
                   educate the public and help those in need. Featured panelists sharing
                   their personal experiences as domestic violence survivors include NFL
                   player William Gay, and performing artist Jasmine Villegas.

                    
                   To encourage greater participation in the conversation, Verizon will
                   provide a live stream to the DVP Summit from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST at

                   conversations by submitting questions to expert panelists and
                   moderators, who include prominent journalists such as Dr. Richard
