 Delta Lloyd Groep : Amstelhuys to facilitate full repayment in Arena 2006-I

Amstelhuys NV ("Amstelhuys") announces that Amstelhuys will repurchase the
mortgages underlying the externally placed RMBS Notes of Arena 2006-I BV. As a
result, Amstelhuys will facilitate the full redemption of the outstanding
notes on the following optional redemption date: Arena 2006-I Classes A, B, C,
D and E on March 18, 2013. Amstelhuys is a 100% owned subsidiary of Delta
Lloyd NV ("Delta Lloyd Group").
