Braun will participate in a panel discussion titled, "Best Practices in Energy
Procurement…Processes, Products and Prices." The session, which will begin at
3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, will provide attendees with an update on
the power and gas markets as well as tips for data acquisition, deal
structuring, contract review, product selection and contract execution.

"Ohio's power industry is dynamic, and there are a lot of changes taking place
in the local, national and international energy markets that will affect
business and industrial consumers," explained Braun. "Developing an effective
procurement strategy that maximizes today's opportunities – while aligning
with key business drivers – will be critical in mitigating price risk and
effectively managing usage and costs."

Braun has more than two decades of experience in the energy and utilities
industry, including 14 years in deregulated electricity and natural gas
markets across the United States. He has a broad background in helping buyers
determine price-risk tolerance and identify strategies that manage commodity
market risk, budget flexibility and the need for price certainty.

In addition to Braun's panel presentation, the conference will also feature
best practices, case studies and instructional sessions on topics such as the
impact of the shale boom on the energy market, energy savings opportunities,
funding sources and incentives, competitive electricity markets and new
technologies to reduce energy costs.

The 17^th Annual Ohio Energy Management Conference is being presented jointly
by Industrial Energy Users-Ohio, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce and the
Manufacturers' Education Council. GDF SUEZ Energy Resources is one of the
