Update on Alitalia

Within the framework of the shareholder convertible loan for a maximum of €150
million, approved today  by the  Alitalia Board of  Directors, Air  France-KLM 
accepted to subscribe, like the other shareholders, an amount in line with its
holding in the Italian company's share capital, i.e. €37.5 million.
