SCA AB invests in a paper mill in Germany: € 119 million Syndicated Public Programme Loan Agreement
[Frankfurt am Main, 12 February 2013] On 16th January 2013 Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA signed a € 119 million Syndicated Loan Agreement funded by KfW “Energieeffizienzprogramm”. It serves for investing in a paper mill in Germany.
IKB acted as Arranger, Agent and Original Lender. Further relationship banks joined in syndication.
