ST. LOUIS, Feb. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sigma-Aldrich Corporation (NASDAQ:
SIAL), a leading Life Science and High Technology company (the "Company"),
announced an increase of 7.5% in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.215 per
share. The increased dividend was approved by the Company's Board of
Directors on February 12, 2013 and is payable on March 15, 2013 to
shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2013.
The Company also announced it will be presenting at the following investor
conferences in February:
